A place where time slows down.

A place where time slows down.

In the heart of an enchanting setting, where the Ave River embraces the land and a Romanesque bridge spans centuries of history, stands, since 1952, the house that gave rise to this special place.

It was here that great-grandparents put down roots and built a home by the river, shaped by the rhythm of nature and family memories.

Amidst the aroma of the pine forest, the constant murmur of the water, and the stories told by the fireplace, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren grew up.

Where the past inspires the present.

Every corner holds simple moments, lived with the slowed-down pace of those who find peace in the countryside.

Today we celebrate new stories while maintaining our usual spirit, natural beauty, and sense of refuge — and we add to that the care we take to transform each event into an unforgettable moment.

Here, where the past inspires the present, we create settings that celebrate life.
THE PLACE
On the banks of the Ave River, where the water flows with the calm of centuries, stands the Dom Zameiro Bridge, its worn granite and eight uneven arches connecting banks and times. It is said that kings once inscribed their names there in ancient documents, as if engraving the importance of crossings in stone. The river gently envelops it, amidst sleeping watermills and fields that change color with the seasons. The bridge observes everything: the quiet summers, the winter floods, and the stories of those who cross it to come and go. It was a road, it was a refuge, and today it is simply what you always wanted it to be—a place to stop and breathe. The riverside landscape whispers stories that only time knows how to tell; in the simplicity of its Romanesque design, the bridge remains alive. It offers views, silence, history, and the gentle impression that there are places not made for haste, only for contemplation.

Casa do Ave is in a prime location, just 20 minutes from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto), 10 minutes from the center of Vila do Conde, and 25 minutes from the center of Porto.
